System Requirements
To view this site, all you need is a computer with an internet connection, a VGA or higher monitor, a video card, and a mouse or similar pointing device. If you’re reading this, you qualify!
You will be able to view all content with a 0.5 MB connection speed, but we recommend a 1 Mb connection or higher for the best performance.
To play the videos, this site requires Microsoft Windows Media 9 or higher – if you don’t already have it, download a free copy here. If you are using an Apple Mac you will need a plug-in called ‘Flip4mac’ you can download it here
Can’t find what you are looking for?
There are lots of ways to search for content on STREAM, you can view by sector, by sponsored portal or if you know the name of the company or any other piece of content there is a handy ‘Search’ box at the top of every page.
The computer freezes or slows down when viewing the site.
First, check to see if it’s a problem with your internet performance generally or just with this site by viewing another website that usually works, for example your homepage. Check your current connection speed, and if it’s slower than normal, try disconnecting and reconnecting.
Try to keep other internet activity like email programs and downloads to a bare minimum by shutting down other programs.
If your internet performance has recently been slow, then you may have a virus or spyware.
We don’t anticipate that our service will slow down, even at peak times.
If you are experiencing difficulties with this site and no others, please contact us (link).
